Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Prepare the Package
For non-perishable items like brewing equipment, please ensure the product is in its original packaging; for coffee beans, simply secure the remaining portion in the resealable bag.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
